Forensic Access Group acquires Faraday Forensics

Forensic Access Group has recently completed the acquisition of Faraday Forensics. This is the latest acquisition by the Forensic Access Group, building on the success of Forensic Access and following the recent acquisition of IntaForensics and Alecto Forensic Services, all of which supports an ambitious growth strategy aimed at creating a leading international forensic and criminal justice services organisation.

Oxfordshire-based Forensic Access is a leader in the provision of forensic science and support services to the UK criminal justice system.

Warrington-based Faraday Forensics specialises in digital forensic services. Faraday’s services are used by a range of criminal justice professionals, including law enforcement agencies, the legal profession and private clients. The team brings a wealth of experience that will further enhance the capacity and capability of our rapidly growing Digital Forensic and Cell Site Hub at Nuneaton-based IntaForensics.

Commenting on the acquisition Rachel Jansen, CEO of Forensic Access Group, said:

“We are delighted to bring Ryan Stokoe, Mark Rigby and the rest of the team Faraday Forensics into the fold. We jointly share the strategy and vision of providing leading support to our valued customers through investment in technology, quality, and innovation. Strengthening and expanding our digital and cell site service offerings, as a response to continued and increased demand, makes the Northern Hub at Warrington a key strategic acquisition. We are looking forward to supporting the Faraday Forensics team in their expansion plans.”

Ryan Stokoe, Director at Faraday Forensics, said:

“This acquisition is the next logical step for Faraday after ten successful years of trading. We are very pleased to have the Forensic Access Group take us into their fold.  They are a highly respected company and we very much look forward to working with Rachel Jansen and the team.”

Jon Blows, CFO of Forensic Access Group, said:

“We are delighted at this, our latest acquisition, as it complements and enhances our comprehensive range of forensic services. We look forward to continuing to develop, identify and support further organic and collaborative acquisition opportunities.”
